"Next to the Word of God, the noble art of music is the greatest treasure in the world." - Martin Luther

It's true! Music is a window into the soul, a mirror of reflection when we don't know what to see or think. It can engage us like nothing else can - not words, not another person.

That is why we place a high emphasis on our music program here at Peace. There are several ways you can be involved and we invite you to contact us with questions.

Church Choir and Acolytes Processing into the church

Church Choir

Do you have a passion for singing and a heart for worship? We invite you to consider joining the Peace Lutheran Church Choir. Our choir practices every Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. from September through May. We have the privilege of leading the congregation in song during weekly worship services and on special feast day services. Whether you are a seasoned singer or someone who simply loves to sing, your voice can be a valuable addition to our choir. It's not just about the music, but also about the fellowship, the joy of serving, and the opportunity to enhance our worship through song. Come, lend your voice, and let's make a joyful noise together!

Handbells

Are you looking for a unique and enriching way to participate in worship? We invite you to join our handbell ensemble at Peace Lutheran Church. Handbell ringing is a beautiful and integral part of our worship services, enhancing hymns and special music with their distinctive sound. Don't worry if you've never rung a handbell before, we welcome all levels of musical experience and offer training for beginners. Whether you're a seasoned musician or just love the idea of contributing to our services in a meaningful way, we'd be delighted to have you. Come and experience the joy and camaraderie of ringing handbells in worship!

Instrumentalists

We are always looking for people to use their gifts and talents to join us for special music in the life of the congregation. If you play an instrument and would like to do that with us, please let us know that!
